Sunny, serene and spacious, Chiara as a private and peaceful vacation getaway, is structured to accommodate 4 people. Restored 3 years ago, the villa’s foundations date back to the 1200s. The elegant living room has two sets of double windows that open out onto a picturesque typical Italian garden with refreshing lemon trees, hedges and a cool fountain. The ground floor is airy with a large open living area that has arches with separate dining and lounge areas. The entire holiday home is decorated with stylish furnishings to suit the original grand ambience. With privacy in mind, a small staircase leads to the first floor that opens out to a large double bedroom and a bathroom.
Adorned with 12m high ceilings, Chiara as a perfect holiday hideaway also has wooden beams, terracotta floors and large windows that open out to an entrancing sight of a grand Renaissance garden. Chiara as a tranquil vacation house has a private garden area where guests can enjoy al fresco dining and quiet moments. The property evolves over a beautiful landscape with the essence of privacy and solitude. Guests can enjoy a cool refreshing swim in the swimming pool (12 x 6m) shared by other guests and set in tranquil surroundings of olive trees. The green lush estate produces fantastic extra virgin olive oil and wine that is available for purchase.
Chiara is situated conveniently and is just 20 minutes from Montecatini. It takes just 40 minutes to Pisa / Lucca / Siena/ Bologna from this lovely holiday getaway and 60 minutes to Forte Dei Marmi/ Volterra/ San Gimignano/ Arezzo.
The owners speak English, French, German and Italian.
