The lovely Apartment Alessandro on the fourth floor evolves over a spacious area with windows and the large terrace offering fabulous views of the incredible architectural treasures, the surrounding hills and the Tuscan countryside. Bright and airy, this lovely vacation apartment has a Master bedroom with queen size bed that can be divided to form two twin beds. Furnished with elegance and class, this luxurious bedroom is grand and fit for royalty. Apartment Alessandro has a second bedroom with two twins that can be joined to form a queen size bed. Comfortable with incredible furniture, both bedrooms are inviting and decorated with fine linen and matching furnishing. There are two bathrooms fitted with modern amenities with one bathroom having a tub and shower and the other with a shower. The living and dining areas reflect a regal culture with a working fireplace, lovely furnishing and beautifully upholstered furniture. The structure and the columns of the Palazzo's Renaissance loggia mirror the classic architecture and the romance of the times. Besides its royal ambience, this beautiful holiday getaway has independent heating and air-conditioning. The kitchen is thoughtfully well-stocked and fully equipped to enjoy great meals with a sense of togetherness and warmth.
Facilities: The fascinating Apartment Alessandro is equipped with the latest facilities that include a Dishwasher, washer, microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Guests staying at the Apartment Alessandro can avail use of the Palazzo's private Gym.

50% deposit is required on booking. The remaining 50% will be due 2 months prior to the arrival date. ; Final cleaning fee of $150 to be presented in cash or Travellers Checks upon arrival. ADSL is available in this apartment for the cost of 30euro's PW. Guests will need to bring their own laptop. ; A refundable security/damage deposit of $800 will be due on arrival either in cash or Travellers checks. ; For all rentals the client must pay all utilities on consumption including telephone, fax and internet usage.
