With rich refreshing colors and contrasts, Apartment Claretta evolves on the third floor of the Palazzo annex and can be accessed by an elevator. As a bright and airy apartment, the Master bedroom has a queen size bed, with wonderful furnishing and drapes that lends a pampered and cared for feeling besides enriching the room with a royal air. This regal bedroom has an ensuite modern bathroom with all amenities and a shower. The windows overlook the Piazza with a panoramic view of the hills. The Second bedroom with twin beds that can be joined to make a queen size bed has elegant and unique furnishing being well maintained with the Second bathroom having a tub and shower. The Living and dining areas are furnished to perfection with great color contrasts and are convenient besides having windows overlooking the Piazza. The kitchen area is separated by a counter and is furnished with modern appliances. With a typical air, all the rooms have original beam ceilings. This lovely holiday apartment rental is cheerful and bright with independent heating and air-conditioning. This apartment can be joined with Apartment Orabella, to form a large four-bedroom apartment.
Facilities: The warm and inviting Apartment Claretta is equipped with the latest facilities that include a Portable air-conditioner, Dishwasher, washer, microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Guests staying at the lovely Apartment Claretta can avail use of Palazzo's private Gym.
The ancient Palazzo also houses the lovely apartments, such as, Ludano, Vanna, Lucilla, Feliciano, Orabella, Adriano, Ariana, Teodoro, Serafina, Arturo, Cosima, and Mara. The apartments can be rented together for large groups who wish to stay together.
50% deposit is required on booking. The remaining 50% will be due 2 months prior to the arrival date. ; Final cleaning fee of $150 to be presented in cash or Travellers Checks upon arrival. ADSL is available in this apartment for the cost of 30euro's PW. Guests will need to bring their own laptop. ; A refundable security/damage deposit of $800 will be due on arrival either in cash or Travellers checks. ; For all rentals the client must pay all utilities on consumption including telephone, fax and internet usage.
