Ranging with a unique grace, Apartment Cosima is on the third floor and can be accessed by an elevator. Decorated with bright colors, quality linen and fine furniture, the Master bedroom has a queen size bed that can be divided into twin beds and has a modern ensuite bathroom with a tub and a shower. The windows open out to lovely views of the old Piazza. Adorned with tasteful furnishing and cheerful quality linen, the second bedroom has twin beds and is comfortable and cozy. The third bedroom is decorated with attractive furnishing and has twin beds with an adjacent bathroom with a shower and convenient facilities. The Living and dining areas are furnished with a warm touch with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for two, large working fireplace and windows overlooking the Piazza. The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen is bright and convenient with modern appliances. The graceful Apartment Cosima has independent heating and air conditioning and offers its guests a delightful holiday.
Facilities: The attractive Apartment Cosima is equipped with the latest facilities that include a Dishwasher, washer, microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Guests staying at this holiday getaway can avail use of Palazzo's private Gym.
The ancient Palazzo also houses the lovely apartments, such as, Ludano, Vanna, Lucilla, Feliciano, Orabella, Claretta, Adriano, Ariana, Teodoro, Serafina, Arturo, and Mara. The apartments can be rented together for large groups who wish to stay together.
50% deposit is required on booking. The remaining 50% will be due 2 months prior to the arrival date. ; Final cleaning fee of Euro65 to be presented in cash or Travellers Checks upon arrival. ADSL is available in this apartment for the cost of 30euro's PW. Guests will need to bring their own laptop. ; A refundable security/damage deposit of $800 will be due on arrival either in cash or Travellers checks. ; For all rentals the client must pay all utilities on consumption including telephone, fax and internet usage. Only water is included in the rental price. ; A cook and maid service can be provided on request. ; Additional Bed: $300/week ; ; 2007: Final cleaning/laundry: 90 Euro, One week security deposit $ 500 / Over one week $ 800 against utilities ; and final cleaning/laundry.
