Luxuriously spaced over the third floor of an ancient Palazzo, this holiday apartment can be accessed by an elevator. Welcoming the sun, the Apartment Lucilla has an airy terrace facing the south. The Master bedroom is brushed with a soothing color and has a queen size bed with fine linen, tasteful furnishing and an ensuite bathroom with modern facilities and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a queen size bed with refreshing furnishing and lovely furniture. The second bathroom is fitted with the latest amenities, tub and shower. The living and dining area is classically furnished with quiet yet arresting upholstery. The living area has a pull-out sofa bed for two and leads out through French doors for a romantic evening on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and facilities. The lovely holiday apartment rental has independent heating for a cozy evening and air-conditioning to cool off during the warm Tuscan weather.
Facilities: The airy and spacious Apartment Lucilla is equipped with the latest facilities that include a Dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Guests staying at the refreshing Apartment Lucilla can avail use of Palazzo's private Gym.
The ancient Palazzo also houses lovely apartments, such as, Ludano, Vanna, Feliciano, Orabella, Claretta, Adriano, Ariana, Teodoro, Serafina, Arturo, Cosima, and Mara. The apartments can be rented together for large groups who wish to stay together.
50% deposit is required on booking. The remaining 50% will be due 2 months prior to the arrival date. ; Final cleaning fee of $150 to be presented in cash or Travellers Checks upon arrival. ADSL is available in this apartment for the cost of 30euro's PW. Guests will need to bring their own laptop. ; A refundable security/damage deposit of $800 will be due on arrival either in cash or Travellers checks. ; For all rentals the client must pay all utilities on consumption including telephone, fax and internet usage.
