Evolving on the second floor of a beautiful Palazzo, Apartment Mara can be accessed by an elevator. Structured with a unique design, Apartment Mara ranges around one of the large private courts, with large windows being bright and airy. A beautifully decorated hallway leads to a large living room with unusual frescoed walls and original 16th century wood beam ceilings. Adorned with a royal and elegant air, the living room has a comfortable double sofa bed with lovely furniture, light fittings and a delightful contrast of colors. The Apartment Mara has three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are fitted with modern amenities with a full tub and shower. The other one has a small tub and shower with the latest facilities. The Master bedroom is furnished with incredible linen and gorgeous drapes with its own bathroom, is on a split level with small romantic terrace. The large complete warm kitchen has all the modern appliances with an adjacent well-decorated breakfast room. The beautiful dining room is furnished in the Florentine style with hand-picked furniture, with a table for 12 people and a working fireplace. The Apartment Mara is elegantly furnished with the highest standards and is well stocked with sheets, towels, pots, pans, dinnerware and all the necessities to offer a brilliant holiday besides being completely air-conditioned
Facilities: The delightful Apartment Mara is equipped with the latest facilities that include a Dishwasher, washer, microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Guests staying at this holiday getaway can avail use of Palazzo's private Gym.
The ancient Palazzo also houses the lovely apartments, such as, Ludano, Vanna, Lucilla, Feliciano, Orabella, Claretta, Adriano, Ariana, Teodoro, Serafina and Arturo. The apartments can be rented together for large groups who wish to stay together.
50% deposit is required on booking. The remaining 50% will be due 2 months prior to the arrival date. ; Final cleaning fee of Euro65 to be presented in cash or Travellers Checks upon arrival. ADSL is available in this apartment for the cost of 30euro's PW. Guests will need to bring their own laptop. ; A refundable security/damage deposit of $800 will be due on arrival either in cash or Travellers checks. ; For all rentals the client must pay all utilities on consumption including telephone, fax and internet usage.
