Situated in a lovely Palazzo, Apartment Teodoro is near the historic Piazza Santa Croce that is only three minutes away by foot from Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, five minutes from Brunelleschi's Dome with Michelangelo's home around the corner.
Big, spacious and completely charming, Apartment Teodoro is on the second floor of the Palazzo and can reached by an elevator. Breezy with picturesque views of the beauty of Florence, eight floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the quaint Piazza. Apartment Teodoro has created comfort to add to the well-being of its guests with three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds that can be divided into twin beds, when and if preferred. These lovely bedrooms are furnished with the tapestry of relaxation and elegance with fine furnishing and offer an enchanting sojourn. The third bedroom with twin beds can be joined to form a queen size bed and is decorated with quality linen, beautiful furnishings and appealing furniture. The bathrooms are fitted with modern facilities with one having a tub and a shower and the other two bathrooms having the latest amenities and a shower. With vibrant and stimulating colors, the elegant and spacious living room is the epitome of class and elegance with carefully chosen furniture and decorated beautifully with a working fireplace. The separate, large dining room has a dining table that can seat 10-12 people. The entire apartment wit its thoughtfully decorated rooms have original 16th century wood beam ceilings. Guests staying at the Apartment Teodoro can enjoy the traditional cuisine of Florence, if they wish, in the fully equipped spacious and convenient kitchen with yet another dining area that can seat 8-10 people furnished with typical furniture. The whole vacation apartment has independent heating and air conditioning.
Facilities: The marvelous Apartment Teodoro is equipped with the latest facilities that include a Dishwasher, washer, microwave oven, toaster, American coffee maker, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, CD and DVD players, telephone, answering machine, fax machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Guests staying at this holiday getaway can avail use of Palazzo's private Gym.
The ancient Palazzo also houses the lovely apartments, such as, Ludano, Vanna, Lucilla, Feliciano, Orabella, Claretta, Adriano, Ariana, Serafina, Arturo, Cosima, and Mara. The apartments can be rented together for large groups who wish to stay together.
50% deposit is required on booking. The remaining 50% will be due 2 months prior to the arrival date. ; Final cleaning fee of Euro65 to be presented in cash or Travellers Checks upon arrival. ADSL is available in this apartment for the cost of 30euro's PW. Guests will need to bring their own laptop. ; A refundable security/damage deposit of $800 will be due on arrival either in cash or Travellers checks. ; For all rentals the client must pay all utilities on consumption including telephone, fax and internet usage.
