I did not get a chance to fill out the feedback form at the class, so first,we want to thank you for the wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and reflecting back, when we talk about all the wonderful sights and things we did on our Italian vacation, your cooking class always comes to the front. We are looking forward to another trip and a longer class in the future.

This was one of the most enjoyable, most memorable experiences of my life. I learned so many wonderful tips that I can take home and use in my own kitchen. The dishes were beautifully coordinated by the chefs each day, each menu unique and delicious. My chef was so kind to tailor the recipes to meet my lactose-free and gluten-restricted diet requirements, which will allow me to expand my home menues in more varied and delicious ways. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone. My husband, who loves to each but not to cook, was allowed to join us for teh resulting meal each day which was really lovely.

Just writing to let you know we had a fantastic time in the cooking class on Wednesday. We both learnt a lot and discovered how much fun cooking can be. We can't wait to try out some of the techniques and recipes when we get back to Australia and we've only just digested the last of the food we had! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the Villa whilst taking the one-week cooking class. Much of a tourist's focus in Italy is on Italian food, of course. We enjoyed the food everywhere we went in Italy. However, we both agree that we prepared (with the expert help of our chefs), and were introduced to (at the Villa Pandolfini Kitchen; at the charming trattoria in Greve; at the Cantinetta Antinori, in Florence and at the wonderful restaurant in Artimino) the best, most enjoyable food that we encountered in Italy. The tours that your program provided were fun, while being very educational. Many thanks to our friendly and extremely professional driver and tour guide who conducted our tour of Tuscany. Many thanks for the very informative tour of the Ceramiche I.M.A. and the di Medici villa.

Our chefs were attentive and patient, and gave us a lot of oppportunity for hands on cooking instruction. We want to thank all of you for your careful attention to all of our scheduling needs, for the coordination work that you, no doubt, had to do behind the scenes, in order to make the program an excellent one. We appreciate the exceptional way in which you welcomed us, and treated us like old friends. Our total experience at Villa Pandolfini was wonderful. We will recommend it to other travelers, and would like to return someday ourselves.

Joining the week-long culinary program was truly a time well-spent. The experience I have had from it was beyond my expectations. One could not ask for a more perfect venue for cooking than the "torre", a more perfect setting to spend the holiday than in Tuscany, and better instructors than the chefs. The cooking tips/hints I have learned from them are going to be immensely invaluable. Learning how to prepare osso bucco, crepes, tiramisù, panna cotta, papardelle, poached pears, etc., was just I was looking for. I never thought I would have the skills and the fortitude to make them until I attended the program, and I am straining on my leash to start preparing some of the meals on my own. Wish me "buona fortuna"! My sincerest thank you to all of you for the exceptional service and for making my holiday a decidedly positive and salubrious one. Keep up the good work.
