Two - Three Day Cooking Classes in Tuscany near Florence, Italy.

If you are passionate about food, especially Tuscan food, the multiple days (two/three day) cooking class will be the right choice for you. You will get the opportunity to spend two-three days in the kitchen of the historic Castello La Torre and engage yourselves in preparing a variety of traditional dishes with the assistance of expert chefs. You can take home some interesting Tuscan recipes, try them and surprise your family and friends.

In the multiple days Tuscan cooking class you will learn to make different kinds of breads, meat and vegetable dishes, and other recipes specific to different regions. Each day you will learn to prepare a complete menu using traditional techniques.

An optional market visit accompanying the chefs is available at € 50 per person. The option will be valid only if there are at least 4 participants.

Booking and Other Details

If you require a pick and drop service to attend the cooking class, please mention it in the booking form. We shall make provisions for the same. It would cost € 10 per person and should be remitted at the cooking school.
